What to Expect

You will be picked up from your accommodation between 7.30am and 8.30am depending on where you are staying in Bali.

At 9am you will arrive at the starting point of your elephant ride experience at Carang Sari Village.

Your rafting guide provides a paddling lesson and safety briefing, then leads you and the other participants out on the water shortly before mid-day.

Expect to encounter class 2 and class 3 rapids during your exhilarating 3-hour white water rafting tour. Along the riverbanks you’ll see rice fields, rain forest, towering waterfalls and cliffs with carvings etched into the rock.

You are provided with a comfortable saddle and you will be seated behind an experienced elephant handler. The enjoyment of the Bali elephant ride lies in being at one with nature and the surrounding wildlife. Your journey on the Sumatran Elephant will have you exploring the jungle and you will also have views of the Ayung River.

At 15pm when your elephant ride ends you will go and see the chocolate making process from the cacao tree to raw cacao, fermenting and roasting of the beans and the final transformation into delicious pod chocolate.

You will stop at a coffee plantation and also visit a monkey forest before arriving back at your accommodation at 2:30pm.
